About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Logistics Operations professional to join us at Hualin Logistics Pte Ltd. As a fulltime Logistics Operations employee, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient management of our warehouse and distribution operations in 31 Jurong Port Road.

What you'll be doing

  • Overseeing the warehouse checking for any container unstuffed.
  • Coordinating with the transportation team to ensure timely and accurate deliveries to our customers
  • Preparing daily delivery arrangement.

What we're looking for

  • Prefer 3 years of experience in a logistics or warehousing operations role, refresh may consideble.
  • Strong understanding of warehousing, distribution, and transportation best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address operational challenges
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems and relevant software
  • A proactive, adaptable, and customer-focused mindset
  • To communicate with China partner for all shipping
  • Able to work OT when request.
  • Must able to read, write, speak Chinese due to everyday liase with China customers.
