Job Description & Requirements
Office Administration
· Day to day admin operations and records management
· Timely delivery & review on services schedule and contract renewal matters.
· Arrange travel, visas, insurance, accommodation etc
· Office administration functions such as housekeeping, ordering of office supplies
· Manage the control of document stored in external storages, including daily in/out and disposal for the department.
· In-charge of first-aid requirement including maintenance of first-aid box & AED inventory and provide first aid assistance.
· Handling incoming phone calls and attending to visitors/guests
· Arrange and handle incoming letters & courier services
· Coordinate dispatch/courier schedules when necessary
· Participate in routine and ad-hoc request that aim to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the company
Department Administration (Lab Department)
· Manage the admin operations and records management of the department
· Arrange and process order
· Prepare report and issue purchase order
· Arrange invoices for approval and payment process
· Arrange and file all documents
Public Relations
· Supports company functions such as AD&D etc
· Prepare and assists in drafting in-house articles on company-related news & events
· Maintain a good relationship with vendors/suppliers
· Liaise with office building management
Liaise with HQ
. Liaise with HQ on IT & other admin matters
