Summary

  • Monday to Friday (8:30am - 5.30pm)
  • Basic range up to $3700

  • Location: Tampines

Responsibilities

  • Handling full-cycle Import & Export operations (Air & Sea), including customs clearance and documentation.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams, overseas agents, and offices to ensure smooth shipment execution.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing solutions and resolving disputes promptly.
  • Liaise with ministries and official authorities on compliance matters.
  • Prepare accurate, competitive quotations and negotiate proposals to closure.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Commercial teams on customer maintenance and business growth.
  • Ensure timely billing, invoicing, and response to customer inquiries.
  • Flexible to take on ad-hoc duties and assignments as required.

Responsibilities

  • Familiar with Permit Application (hands-on), Export and Import procedures for both air and sea.
