Job Responsibilities:

  • AEJ Equity Research Sales is responsible for servicing institutional equity clients and distribute Nomura's research content and single stock ideas. The role will require:
  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders (Research, Trading, Syndicate etc.) to drive monetization of Nomura's equity content business and Syndicate deals
  • Line up cross-sell opportunities for our execution services and non-cash offerings
  • Proactive and self-starter in pursuit of new clients
  • Support Regional sales team on client requests
  • Idea generation for corporate access events

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of cash equity sales experience in AEJ EQ markets
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; coupled with good marketing and presentation skills
  • A passion for financial markets, ideally demonstrated through past internships in the financial industry and curriculum
  • Ability to work under high stress environment
  • Languages: Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential. Fluency in Mandarin and any other Asian language would be an advantage
