Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm

We are looking for an Assistant Manager, Fleet Management (MHE Sales) to support our Sales and Leasing Managers in delivering solutions to customers and managing our rental fleet effectively. This role involves project support, fleet utilisation and maintenance cost management, and collaboration with principals and customers on equipment solutions and modifications.


Key Responsibilities
  • Support Sales and Leasing Managers on special projects (e.g. VNA solutions, equipment modifications).
  • Manage rental fleet utilisation and maintenance cost, including data analysis for disposal planning.
  • Provide product solution expertise to Sales teams and customers.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Prepare proposals including timelines, risk assessments, workflows, and product modifications.
  • Collaborate with principals and vendors to ensure feasibility and successful deployment of solutions.
  • Identify product development priorities and communicate across the organisation.
  • Manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, risk, and procurement aspects of projects.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the company.

Requirements
  • Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or IT.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience or knowledge in Material Handling Equipment (MHE) or warehouse logistics preferred.
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations optimisation is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); AutoCAD skills preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good organisational, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Team player with initiative and a willingness to learn.
  • Able to perform under pressure and meet project deadlines.
