Role Overview
As the Marketing & Communications Leader for Climate Solutions Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa (CSAME), you will be at the forefront of shaping the brand's voice and market presence across a dynamic and diverse region. This role is responsible for driving integrated marketing and communications strategies that accelerate growth, strengthen stakeholder engagement, and position Carrier as a thought leader in intelligent climate solutions.
You will lead with influence—partnering across business units, geographies, and functions to deliver compelling narratives, impactful campaigns, and strategic insights that elevate Carrier's brand and business outcomes. This is a high-impact role for a visionary leader who thrives in complexity and is passionate about driving transformation through strategic storytelling and market engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Influence
- Develop and execute a forward-looking marketing and communications strategy aligned with Carrier's business objectives and growth ambitions across CSAME.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, influencing decisions through market insights, brand intelligence, and stakeholder feedback.
- Champion a proactive, performance-driven marketing culture that embraces innovation, agility, and measurable impact.
Brand Stewardship
- Lead brand development and positioning efforts to ensure consistency, relevance, and resonance across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Channel, and Zone leadership to align messaging and amplify brand equity.
Internal Communications
- Design and implement internal communication strategies that foster employee engagement, cultural alignment, and organizational transparency.
- Drive storytelling initiatives that connect employees to Carrier's mission, values, and strategic priorities.
External Communications & Public Relations
- Lead external communications including media relations, executive visibility, and stakeholder engagement.
- Cultivate relationships with key media, industry influencers, and partners to amplify Carrier's thought leadership and market presence.
Digital Marketing & Innovation
- Oversee digital strategy including web, social media, and digital advertising to enhance visibility and engagement.
- Leverage data and analytics to optimize campaigns and drive continuous improvement.
Market Intelligence & Insights
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Translate insights into actionable strategies that inform business decisions and marketing priorities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in marketing and communications leadership, ideally within industrial or consumer sectors.
- Deep understanding of Asia Pacific market dynamics and cultural nuances.
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead inclusively across diverse teams and geographies.
- Strategic thinker with a global mindset and the ability to localize effectively.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments.
