We are committed to creating a workplace where everyone can thrive and achieve their full potential.
We are seeking dynamic and passionate Talent Managers to join our growing team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to identify and cultivate high-potential talent, design and execute leadership development and succession planning programmes, and enhance our employer brand. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization by driving initiatives that ensure we have the right leaders in place for today and tomorrow.
What you will be working on

- Oversee campus outreach efforts and strategy, forging strong relationships with universities to market IMDA as employer of choice and attract top-tier talent.
- Execute IMDA's EVP initiatives, including developing marketing assets, driving social media campaigns and organising employer branding events.
- Design, track and analyse key metrics and dashboard to assess the effectiveness of our talent programmes and branding and marketing efforts for continuous improvement.
Leadership Development & Succession Planning
- Track, develop and execute the career progression and development plans of our high potential officers. These include reviewing and developing suitable Route of Advancement (ROA) and career pathing options to effectively groom our leadership pipeline; facilitating postings and secondment to public and private sector companies that are aligned to officers' career interests and organisational needs; and identifying suitable stretch appointments, projects and milestone programmes to optimise leadership exposure and development.
- Prepare, facilitate and execute succession plans for key management positions and engineering and technical leadership roles.
- Coordinate with key ministries and/or agencies to sense-make and implement capability building initiatives that are contextualised to IMDA's operating landscape, and track and prepare key talent data to facilitate discussions at various talent meeting platforms.
What we are looking for
Requirements
- 4 years of experience in campus recruitment, talent management, leadership development, or related HR roles. Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is a plus.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- A strategic thinker with a passion for developing talent.
- Proficient in using HR software and data analytics tools.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and enjoy working in a collaborative environment.
- A keen eye for talent and are committed to fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
