Our client is an European MNC. This is a 1-year contract position with 1 month Completion bonus. We are looking for a HR or IT Specialist who is good in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) such as Oracle HCM,  PeopleSoft (HR), manage projects, documentation, able create reports and do analysis.

Reporting to the Asia regional HRMS CoE (Center of Expertise) Manager, you would be the regional level HR systems subject matter expert for Asia local HRIS and HR people, and to ensure the integrity of all data in our HR systems as well as to participate in Corporate HRMS and CoE lead transformational and change projects.

You will have to work closely with Asia HRIS network and People services people, Corporate HRMS, local HR and IT teams, to drive and deliver better data entry practices, align special systems entries processes across the sites as well as participate in Corporate lead HRIS projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist Asia regional HRMS CoE (Center of Expertise) to co-lead and support regional Asia HRMS and global HORIZON workstream projects activities.
  • Actively participate in regional and global HRMS initiatives, contributing technical-functional expertise feedbacks, trainings and communications, and to perform systems integration testings when required.
  • Act as regional Asia contact point to consolidate and escalate common HR systems related feedbacks/issues coming from Asia HRIS and local HR key user stakeholder, to corporate HRMS, HR CoE, IT teams, when required.
  • Support in creating and managing of system data documentations concerning Asia region.
  • Improve the data quality in HR systems and standardize the system data management processes across the Asia region, collaborating with Asia HRIS network and corporate HRMS teams.
  • Work closely with respective HRMS teams, IT and vendors to implement new HR systems features, migrations.
  • Perform basic data analysis for systems/process improvement initiatives at Asia region.
  • Liaise with other HRIS and SuperUsers in Asia Pacific to cross-share best practices, identify and recommend improvements to HR processes and systems, align priorities and consolidate system feedbacks to Corporate HRMS team, HR Leaders, CoEs.
  • Provide HR systems trainings to HRIS network community and HR end-users when required.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree or Advanced Diploma in, HR, IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Sciences, Information & Digital technology or similar.
  • Minimum 3 years relevant working experience.
  • Proficient and experiences in HRMS platforms and systems.
  • Hands-on HRIS or Business Systems analyst experience OR proven track record of experience as systems support and solutioning, and data management/governance, with exposures in HR business processes is preferred.
  • Strong analytic and problem-solving skills; ability to understand and map/document systems and processes and clearly recommend improvements,
  • Ability to work and collaborate with remote team, and at the same time also able to work independently.
  • Experience in driving / managing HR systems solutions initiatives / projects or similar.
  • Knowledge of HR processes, data management and compliance issues
  • Proficient in using or developing ORACLE HCM or ORACLE as a technical-functional support, business analyst or Power User is required.
  • Exposures in reporting & analytics tools (Power BI, Business Objects, SQR/SQL, ORACLE reporting or PeopleSoft Query).
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal as well as verbal and written communication skills,
  • Knowledge of HR Systems structure, functions, and processes.
  • Unafraid to communicate with various levels of users, and able to converse technical context into layman, easy to understand contents for end users.
  • Multitasking, and able to maintain can-do attitude under challenge.
