We are seeking a Global HRIS Specialist / Manager to join the Singapore HR team on a 9 months contract.
- Drive the HRIS implementation and development by coordinating business, technology and test departments to ensure product quality and project schedule.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g. global HR process owners, IT team) and external stakeholders (e.g. vendors, technical support team) to ensure smooth HRIS implementation.
- Monitor and follow up on project timelines such as providing regular updates, highlighting/escalating critical issues.
- Understand business requirements and collaborate with HR process owners to co-create and implement solutions that meet objectives and drive continuous improvements by collecting and analyzing user feedback.
- Develop HRIS user guides, communication materials and training workshops to prepare for global roll-out of HRIS.
- Assist in the preparation of global HR data, not limited to employee information, into dashboards for management reporting.

**Requirements**:

- More than 5 years of working experience in driving implementation of global HRIS/HRIT/eHR with strong understanding of international labour compliance and regulations.
- Global HRIS super-user and experience with HRiQ system is highly preferred.
- Ability to handle large and complex human capital data sets, identify and rectify errors and represent in simplified visualization for documentation.
- Possess strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills to experiment different solutions and collaborate with stakeholders across levels and regions.
