How you create impact
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders across Asia, ISC, and Europe.
  • Support origin teams and sales colleagues with pricing requests and commercial discussions.
  • Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of customers, proactively identifying new business opportunities.
  • Ensure efficient information flow on market developments and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with carriers to secure competitive rates and reliable services.
  • Complete pricing activities for both global and local tenders, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
  • Monitor volume and NAC performance, highlighting gaps and driving solutions.
  • Represent the business through customer visits and support BU/sales in key engagements.
What we would like you to bring
  • A Bachelor's degree in International Business or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of trade or sea logistics experience, ideally within freight forwarding.
  • Strong commercial mindset with proven ability to identify and develop new opportunities.
  • Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving ability, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, including conflict management capabilities.
  • Highly organized, structured, and proactive working style with the ability to perform under pressure.
  • Fluency in English (Chinese is an advantage).
  • Willingness to travel across Asia and ISC regions.
