**What the job does**:
**We are looking for a driven, passionate superstar to join Team Tilbury as our Senior Marketing Executive for SEA markets.** In your role, you will report directly to our Senior Marketing Manager SEA and work cross functionally with different teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the team to plan and update the marketing calendar according to global directions and local priorities
- Prepare campaign brief and launch plans to facilitate 360 orchestrations in SEA region
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Retail & Education, VM, PR and local teams etc.) to ensure smooth & effective execution of marketing activities
- Support in collecting Beaute Research data, market intelligence and monitoring competitor activities for insight generation
- Support in product forecast, sampling strategy and logistics coordination with Supply Chain
- Identify customer/retail partner needs in different markets and ensure the needs are addressed
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned

**Requirements**:
**Some attributes we are looking for**:

- Degree holder in Business/Marketing or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of brand or trade marketing experience, preferably in beauty or luxury retail
- Excellent analytical, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, independent, and strong business sense
- Strong analytical skills with business acumen
- Good command on both spoken and written English and Chinese
