Job Description Summary

**Job Description**:
DIRECTLY RESPONSIBLE FOR

Working together with SEA Marketing Manager to implement marketing/ tactical activities as per approved marketing plan to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Leveraging market and customer insights to support Marketing Manager in coordinating marketing activities, including product offering, pricing, positioning, distribution, and promotion to achieve the overall success of the business. Support SEA Marketing Manager with SEA Led activities
- Collaborate with key stakeholders (country business teams, regional teams and external agencies) to support in the implementation of SEA regional programs and marketing collateral (e.g., e-detailing brochures, retail POSMs, Clinical Product presentation with KOLs, Patient Engagement platforms) to reach/impact target customers through multiple touchpoints.
- Support Marketing Manager on Digital Media ATL program for SEA markets, with active role in budget tracking, media KPIs tracking, in close collaboration with media agency.
- Lead in the implementation/execution of a digital platform for leads generation / online trials, with KPI tracking to support measurements of success.
- Coordinate and execute marketing events such webinars, workshops in terms of logistics planning.
- Support in ROI and business analysis, to understand business impact of SEA led programs
- Submission of promotional materials for review and approval (Veeva). Gather market intelligence and research on competition.
- Keeping track and distribution of marketing materials and promo budget expenses.
- Support in prepare promotional presentations and administrative tasks (liaise with finance for billing/invoices).
- Assist as hoc campaigns and projects assigned by SEA Marketing Manager.

INTERACTION
- Internal parties:_
- Interact with regional marketing leads, Commercial Operation team, Logistic, Product Specialists, RA, associates from other BD Offices.
- External parties:_
- Interact with HCP, KOLs, Retail Customers, distributors, marketing agencies & suppliers.

- Education:_
- Business/Pharmacist/Marketing
- Relevant Experience:_
- Professional driven and strong desire to learn in the healthcare industry
- Be able to communicate confidently in external face to face meetings/ group meetings
- Good analytical and organisation skills
- Highly customers oriented
- Able to work independently
- Good working attitude include teamwork & accountability
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
