What you'll be doing?
  • Lead Financial Reporting: Spearhead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports across the group, ensuring accuracy and compliance with international standards.
  • Drive Consolidation: Manage multi-entity consolidation across Asia and Europe, adhering to IFRS and Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).
  • Ensure Statutory Compliance: Oversee corporate tax computation, filing, and manage relationships with external auditors to maintain regulatory compliance.
  • Optimize Treasury Operations: Take charge of banking operations, FX exposure, and cash flow forecasting to support the company's financial health.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with operations, project, legal, and HQ finance teams to align financial strategies and drive business growth.
Who are they looking for?
  • Qualified Professional: Hold a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, along with professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CA).
