Job Purpose

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to provide end-to-end support in procurement, fund monitoring, and financial operations. This role also oversees overseas business travel claims and leverages digital tools such as Power BI and Power Automate to improve workflows and reporting.

  • Location: West
  • Salary: Up to $4.4k
  • Duration: 1-year (subjected to convertible)

Key Responsibilities

1. Procurement & Finance Administration

  • Manage procurement processes, including purchase requisitions and compliance checks
  • Support invoice processing, payment tracking, and financial reporting
  • Liaise with Finance Office, Procurement Office, and vendors/forwarders for smooth transactions

2. Business Travel & Claims Processing****

  • Coordinate overseas business travel approval workflows
  • Guide faculty/staff on travel policies and claim submissions

3.  Fund Monitoring & Budget Tracking****

  • Develop and maintain budget tracking tools (Excel, Power BI)
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports for stakeholders
  • Identify budget variances and propose corrective actions
  • Ensure financial compliance for auditing

  • Previous experience in data analytics or statistical analysis is advantageous.
