Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and execute strategic marketing plans and campaigns to attract potential customers and retain existing ones, in line with company objectives.
  • Manage the marketing budget, coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities, and report on performance metrics with ROI analysis.
  • Establish budgets and targets, including developing effective pricing strategies for products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with industry players, agencies, and vendors to develop new strategic partnerships.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications across digital and offline channels (e.g., content creation, campaigns, publicity, social media, and events).
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support the development of competitive products and services.
  • Produce engaging content for digital platforms, product launches, and marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and attract target audiences.
  • Collaborate with sales and product development teams to support forecasting, reporting, new product launches, and customer satisfaction initiatives.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing/ Retail Management/ Business
  • Relevant marketing work experience will have added advantage, preferably in the Home Appliance Industry.
