Buffet Catering Specialist

Do you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating memorable event experiences? We are looking for an experienced individual to join our catering team, specializing in buffet setup and event operations.
What You'll Do- Set up and manage buffets for corporate functions, weddings, and large-scale events, including themed setups.
- Oversee on-site catering logistics and operations, ensuring smooth setup, execution, and tear-down that meet client expectations.
- Plan and schedule daily catering deliveries to ensure timeliness and efficiency.
- Collaborate with sales and kitchen teams to deliver client requirements, dietary needs, and event specifications.
- Ensure proper usage, care, and cleanliness of delivery vehicles and operational tools.
- Apply problem-solving skills to manage challenges on-site and ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Experience in buffet/event setup for corporate or large-scale events.
- Strong organizational skills with a hands-on approach.
- Supervisory or leadership experience (for senior roles).
- Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Open to non-locals with relevant experience.
You'll be part of a dynamic team that brings events to life and makes every detail count. Senior candidates with extensive experience will be entrusted with supervisory responsibilities.
