Do you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating memorable event experiences? We are looking for an experienced individual to join our catering team, specializing in buffet setup and event operations.

What You'll Do
  • Set up and manage buffets for corporate functions, weddings, and large-scale events, including themed setups.
  • Oversee on-site catering logistics and operations, ensuring smooth setup, execution, and tear-down that meet client expectations.
  • Plan and schedule daily catering deliveries to ensure timeliness and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with sales and kitchen teams to deliver client requirements, dietary needs, and event specifications.
  • Ensure proper usage, care, and cleanliness of delivery vehicles and operational tools.
  • Apply problem-solving skills to manage challenges on-site and ensure uninterrupted operations.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in buffet/event setup for corporate or large-scale events.
  • Strong organizational skills with a hands-on approach.
  • Supervisory or leadership experience (for senior roles).
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Open to non-locals with relevant experience.
