Job Descriptions

  • Promptly answer incoming phone calls and attend to enquiries at the front desk.
  • Serve as the first point of contact, delivering quality service to all walk-in visitors.
  • Assist doctors and nurses in preparing patients for their consultations.
  • Coordinate the ordering and tracking of investigative tests to ensure a smooth patient experience.
  • Accurately and promptly update patient records in the clinic system and manage all front desk documentation.
  • Process billing accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Manage the full patient journey, including scheduling follow-up appointments where necessary.
  • Prepare for the next day's clinic operations.
  • Possess a basic understanding of insurance processes and the check-in portal, including patient benefits and co-payment requirements.
  • Prepare Letters of Guarantee (LOG) forms and complete laboratory request forms.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming clinic environment.
  • Monitor and replenish stock levels to ensure adequate inventory at all times.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Diploma or ITE qualification in any area;
  • Experience working in healthcare industry is preferred;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Meticulous and able to multi-task on the job;
  • Able to travel to different clinics to support similar operations when required to:
  • Good computer literacy in MS Office and fast in picking up clinic and Plato systems.

Clinic-based at either Mount Elizabeth Orchard / Gleneagles Medical;
  • 8.30 am to 5.30 pm on weekdays; 8.30 am to 1 pm on Alternate Saturdays;
