  • Manage patient scheduling, including last-minute changes, and ensure timely communication with doctors and nurses.
  • Process invoices and payments, reconcile daily transactions, follow up on outstanding bills, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Maintain and update patient files and clinic records, prepare monthly administrative and statistical reports, and ensure compliance with clinic policies and procedures.
  • Oversee clinic inventory, including consumables and medical supplies; process online (Shopee) orders; liaise with suppliers; and ensure clinic and pantry supplies (e.g., beverages, snacks) are adequately stocked and presentable.
  • Administer staff claims and reimbursements, monitor transport usage, reconcile expenses with patient visits, and manage company vehicle usage, servicing, and cleanliness.
  • Provide operational and administrative support to the clinic team, coordinate with vendors, delivery personnel, and sales representatives, and undertake ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
  • Prior experience in clinic/healthcare administration preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with clinic systems will be an advantage.
