About the role

Cedar Endocrine Diabetes And Thyroid Clinic Pte. Ltd. is seeking a full-time Clinic Assistant/Enrolled Nurse to join our team in the Orchard Central Region. In this role, you will provide essential administrative and clinical support to our healthcare professionals, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our clinic.

What you'll be doing

  • Greeting and registering patients upon arrival, providing a warm and welcoming experience
  • Assisting with patient preparation, including taking vital signs and recording medical histories
  • Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments, ensuring optimal clinic flow
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records
  • Ensuring the clinic is well-stocked with necessary medical supplies and equipment
  • Providing general administrative support, such as filing, data entry, and answering phone inquiries
  • Adhering to all clinic policies, procedures, and safety protocols

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar healthcare setting, preferably in a clinic or hospital environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with patients and colleagues in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems and basic computer skills
  • A genuine interest in healthcare and a desire to contribute to the well-being of our patients
