Our esteemed client from the private healthcare industry is currently seeking for an Enrolled Nurse to join their organization

  • 5.5 days office hours

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general nursing duties such as measuring and monitoring patients' vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiratory rate).
  • Reception and administrative duties: appointment scheduling, patient registration, payment collection, documentation (medical records, claims).
  • Assist doctors during examinations and minor procedures.
  • Dispense medication under supervision / as per clinic policy, ensure correct dosage & documentation.
  • Educate patients and/or family members on post-care instructions, basic disease prevention or self-care guidance.
  • Maintain cleanliness, tidiness, and hygiene standards in the clinic / consultation rooms.
  • Assist in stock management (ordering, checking expiry dates, performing stock‐take).
  • Handle insurance claims, TPA / Medisave claims, ensure correct documentation for billing matters.
  • Perform ad‑hoc duties as required by the clinic or management (e.g. assisting with clinic audits, helping with special events or screenings).

Requirements:

  • Minimum Nitec in Nursing
  • Valid registration with Singapore Nursing Board and practicing certificate.
  • Good interpersonal skills; able to work well with doctors, nurses, clinic staff, and patients.
  • Able to work in fast‑paced and sometimes pressured situations.
  • Basic computer skills for documentation and clinic administrative systems.
