We are a surgical team, looking for responsible and committed individuals to join us at a private surgical specialist clinic, located at Mount Elizabeth Novena Specialist Centre and Parkway East Hospital. Enrolled nurses welcome to apply. Local applicants preferred.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Attend to patients and perform front-desk duties such as patient registration, appointments, billing/payment collection, coordinate procedure schedules.
- Perform administrative duties such as insurance/medisave claims, maintain filling system, maintain accounts settlement, stock taking.
- Assist doctors during consultation and clinic procedures as required (e.g. chaperoning)
- Training will be provided.
Requirements
- Good interpersonal and communication skills. Compassionate to patients.
- Responsible, on time and accountable.
- Team player.
- Able to commit to 5.5 day workweek, with alternate saturdays off when manpower covered.
- Comfortable with deployment among 2 clinic locations when required, flexible to travel to private hospitals and day surgery centres with doctors.
