We are looking for a Junior-to-Mid IT Technical Solution Analyst to join our client and support mobility solutions projects across the SEA region. This role offers exposure to full SDLC, solution deployment, UAT, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities:

  • Support small-to-medium IT/mobility solutions projects to ensure timely delivery and objectives are met.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical/system design.
  • Assist in testing solutions, including functional and interface testing, UAT, and problem resolution.
  • Support solution deployment and provide post-implementation technical support.
  • Contribute to system design, development, and testing for in-house or contract-based projects.
  • Assist in process improvement and efficiency initiatives.
  • Support regional rollout of technical solutions across SEA.
  • Work closely with business teams to align on product and technical roadmaps.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience, with at least 1 year in IT/system development.
  • Familiarity with SDLC, UAT, or system implementation.
  • Good analytical skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Meticulous, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel within SEA for project deployment.
  • Problem-solving, logical thinking, and presentation skills.
