We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong FinTech trading domain knowledge to manage and enhance trading applications for our clients. You'll drive key product decisions, support project delivery, and ensure stakeholder alignment in a dynamic, innovation-led environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage end-to-end product lifecycle: concept, launch, and enhancement.
  2. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and gather user feedback.
  3. Facilitate requirements gathering, UAT, training, and implementation.
  4. Prioritize product backlog and ensure alignment with business goals.
  5. Define and monitor KPIs, analyze product performance post-launch.
  6. Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and project documentation.
  7. Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues proactively.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
  • Min. 2 years' experience as a Business Analyst / Software Consultant in the FinTech industry
  • Background in trading domains (Futures, Options, FX, etc.) is a plus
  • Knowledge of web/software development processes is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
