Key Responsibilities

Accounts Receivables Management

  • Oversee daily accounts receivable operations, including billing, posting, and collections.
  • Monitor outstanding receivables and ensure timely follow-up with operations, delivery aggregators (Grab, Foodpanda, Deliveroo, etc.), corporate clients and other revenue streams.
  • Manage credit terms and limits in line with company policy.
  • Review daily sales reconciliations from POS and delivery platforms to ensure accuracy.

Collections & Customer Relations

  • Coordinate with operations and sales teams to resolve customer billing disputes.
  • Build strong relationships with key clients and delivery platforms partners to ensure smooth collection cycles.
  • Prepare regular ageing reports and follow up on overdue accounts.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Prepare monthly AR ageing, collection forecasts, and bad debt provisions.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including revenue recognition.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and local tax regulations (e.g., GST).
  • Support internal and external audits by preparing required schedules and providing documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and complete audit trails for all AR transactions.

Team Collaboration & Support

  • Assist in implementing AR process improvements, automation, and system enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance) to strengthen receivables management.
  • Support the Senior Finance Manager in ad-hoc projects, reconciliations, and financial analysis.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of accounts receivable processes, reconciliations, and collections.
  • Familiarity with QSR business models and third-party delivery platform settlements.
  • Experience in the QSR / F&B industry preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP/accounting systems
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage large transaction volumes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Accounts Receivables, preferably in QSR/F&B industry.
  • Experience in high-volume transaction environments (QSR/F&B) is an advantage.
  • Experience handling third-party platform reconciliations is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in a senior or supervisory role preferred.
