Position and Key Responsibilities
The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding market presence for Crurated in South East Asia. The role involves sales planning and execution, key account management, partnership development, and customer acquisition strategy.
· Sales Strategy Execution
Execute company-defined strategies for customer acquisition and revenue growth in the assigned geographies.
· Revenue Forecasting
Lead revenue forecasting, monitor performance, and report regularly on progress toward targets.
· Client Management
Manage relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners to foster long-term business growth.
· Business Development
Identify and close strategic partnership deals to acquire new clients and unlock new revenue streams.
· Regional Oversight
Take ownership of Crurated's presence and growth initiatives in SEA markets, with a focus on developing local networks.
Location
Remote – Based in Singapore.
Ideal Candidate Profile
· Proven expertise in wine industry sales
· Strong network and sales experience in SEA markets
· Strategic thinker with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset
· Excellent communicator and relationship builder
· Fluent English (written and spoken) is required
· Ability to work independently in a remote, flexible, and fast-paced environment
· Strong skills in data analysis, sales reporting, and proficiency with reporting tools
