Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify completeness and accuracy of loan applications and supporting documents.
  • Process loan disbursements in accordance with credit approval terms and bank policies.

  • Coordinate with credit, legal, and branch teams for timely loan execution.

  • Review and maintain proper documentation for all types of loans.

  • Ensure documents are compliant with legal, regulatory, and audit requirements.

  • Handle secure storage and digital archiving of loan documents.

  • Monitor repayments, interest accruals, and amortization schedules.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in loan operations or banking back-office roles.
  • Strong understanding of loan products, documentation, and banking regulations.
  • Proficiency in loan management systems (LMS), core banking platforms, MS Office.
  • Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and good communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
