Job Description

Ø  Provide daily IT operations support to the bank.

Ø  Coordinate with vendors & Head Office on matters related to IT security infrastructure, system software and system recovery etc especially Core Banking System, Treasury platforms and outsourcing of IT arrangements.

Ø  Installing & maintaining servers, software tools, devices etc in coordination with corporate office.

Ø  Handle application system management & maintenance.

Ø  Perform Business continuity management (BCM) and maintaining the business continuity policies from the IT prospective.

Ø  Manage & provide incidental management support.

Ø  Conduct annual DR testing & cold site maintenance.

Ø  Assist in trouble-shooting of IT issues in coordination with various Head office teams.

Ø  Knowledge on Networking, Network segmentation & VLAN/VPN configuration.

Ø  Maintenance of IT hardware inventory and ensuring the maintenance contract renewals.

Ø  Creation and maintenance of IT policy and implementation to comply with regulatory requirements.

Ø  The officer should knowledge of MAS guidelines on TRM (Technology Risk Management) and Cyber Hygiene.

Ø  Perform periodic key IT controls mandated as part of the Bank's Risk and Control Management Framework and highlight exceptions for remediation.

Ø  Managing and completing IT related Audit activities.

Job Requirement:


• Degree from an established university.


• Highly organized.


• Candidate should be Singaporean.


• Highly driven, self-motivated and able to work under-pressure


• Good interpersonal and communication skills


• Fluent in English both written and verbal


• Knowledge of Indian banking and regulatory requirements in the field of IT.


• Having the experience of Banking System.
