Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify & grow new potential accounts and service existing customers.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service

  • Assess customers' needs and provide assistance and information on product features.

  • Deliver customer satisfaction through excellent service quality with required service level to meet the goals and objectives

  • Ensure diligent follow up and fulfil promises made to customer / internal functions
  • Achieve sales target which set by management on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
