This is a 1-year contract. Salary range posted does not include commission.

General responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to targeted groups of customers to sell products/services by following prepared scripts
  • Follow and adhere to work processes and standard operating procedures in performing day-to-day tasks
  • Build relationship with customers over the phone on the long term basis
  • Follow-up on sales leads (from tele-marketing or other channels) to generate sales
  • Order processing via inbound Calls
  • Consignment ordering and administrative follow up

Functional skills and knowledge

  • Possess similar job experience in customer service / indoor sales / sales coordinator
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Meticulous
  • Basic computer skills and familiar with CRM system

Education

  • Diploma and above

Work experience

  • Minimum 1 year experience in similar or related role

Note : Salary includes potential commission subject to sales.
