At VCUS, we are furniture specialist operated in Singapore since 2011. We manufacture and import designer furniture mainly supplied to commercial sectors such as hotels, institutions, F&B, offices, events, designers, architects etc…… Our clientele are mostly from the renowned industries who will not settle for less when comes to furniture selection.

We had our own production in Singapore doing customization of sofas, chairs & upholstery. Our wide range of beautifully crafted contemporary furniture ranging from customized sofas, chairs & tables, outdoor furniture, coffee table, office chair, barstool, lounge chair & dining chair, system furniture are suitable for commercial used.

Our goal is to provide a 5-star customer service and to ensure that the quality of our furniture is of the highest standard

Job Description

Job Scope:

  • Assist corporate clients with product enquiries and quotations
  • Provide recommendations on furniture and material selection based on client needs
  • Attend to phone and in-person enquiries professionally
  • Participate in product training provided by the company
  • Ability to read layout plans will be an added advantage

* Requirements:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of customer service
  • Willing to learn and grow with the company
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese preferred (to liaise with suppliers/clients)
  • Basic knowledge of interior design or space planning is a plus
