About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Specialist (Immigration and Work Pass Services) to join our team in Central Region. In this full-time role, you will support the Consultant/Manager in delivering comprehensive immigration, work pass applications, trademark registration and government grant application services. Your role will involve coordinating documentation, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring smooth end-to-end processes. This position requires strong organizational skills and a keen understanding of immigration procedures to help facilitate effective and compliant solutions for both businesses and individuals.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist in the preparation, submission and monitoring work pass applications.
  • Handle work pass renewals and cancellations, ensuring compliance with MOM regulations.
  • Manage any work pass appeals if applications are rejected or if issues arise with renewals.
  • Act as a consultant to individuals, companies and foreign nationals about the immigration policies and procedures such as visa applications, work pass, Permanent Residency (PR) and Singapore Citizenship.
  • Advise and process trademark registrations with the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore (IPOS).
  • Support in organizing and coordinating HR meetings, training sessions and company events.

What we're looking for

  • At least 2 years of proven experience in work pass applications, immigration consulting or a related field.
  • Possession of a valid Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) is a must.
  • Solid understanding of immigration regulations, policies, and application procedures across key work pass categories.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide practical, commercially focused advice to clients.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate complex negotiations and build trusting relationships.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong commitment to delivering a high-quality, compliant service.
