HR Specialist

Job Descriptions:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including drafting job postings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and conducting background checks.
- Oversee onboarding activities by conducting orientations, explaining company policies, and ensuring smooth integration for new hires.
- Build and maintain the company's talent pipeline by understanding specific hiring needs and workforce requirements.
- Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs, such as health insurance and performance bonuses, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with legal requirements.
- Organize onboarding training as well as ongoing learning and professional development initiatives.
- Handle offboarding procedures, including exit interviews and clearance processes.
- Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Administer performance management processes, provide feedback, and support the development of performance improvement plans.
- Maintain accurate and updated employee records, including personal data, attendance, and benefits enrollment.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics, such as turnover statistics and recruitment performance metrics.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders in China to provide support.
- Update and maintain employee handbooks and company policy documents.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–5 years of proven experience as an HR Specialist or in a similar role.
- Hands-on experience in areas such as talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management.
- Ability to align HR strategies and initiatives with overall company objectives.
- Skill in managing employee relations, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- B3 in O Level chinese, or equivalent, is required to support chinese speaking internal and external stakeholder.
