HR Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and background checks.
- Oversee onboarding and orientation, ensuring smooth integration and policy understanding.
- Build and maintain a excellent talent pool aligned with company needs.
- Develop and manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
- Organize onboarding training and ongoing professional development initiatives.
- Conduct offboarding interviews and manage clearance procedures.
- Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws.
- Administer performance reviews, provide feedback, and support performance improvement plans.
- Maintain accurate employee records including attendance and benefits enrollment.
- Generate HR reports on key metrics such as turnover and recruitment effectiveness.
- Update employee handbooks and monitor changes in employment law, advising management accordingly.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience as an HR Specialist or similar role.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management.
- Familiarity with HR software such as QuickHR and payroll systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable using technology for inventory tracking and record keeping.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
