Admin & HR (Senior Executive to Manager Level)

Yuyi Dental Pte. Ltd. is seeking a professional talent at the Senior Executive to Manager level, with a primary focus on administrative operations and supporting human resource functions. This role is suited for candidates with strong execution ability, learning agility, and a strong sense of responsibility, who can independently manage both administrative and HR tasks. You will play a key role in driving daily operations, building processes, and supporting management in implementing company projects within a fast-growing healthcare technology environment.
Key Responsibilities
Administration & Operations (Core Priority)
- Oversee daily office administration, including office maintenance, procurement of supplies, and coordination with vendors and third-party providers.
- Manage documents for the company and its subsidiaries: contracts, invoices, ACRA/licence filings, government submissions, and archiving.
- Develop and optimise administrative processes and SOPs to ensure efficiency and standardisation.
- Coordinate company meetings, internal communications, cross-department support, and corporate events.
- Support management in executing operational projects such as relocation, expansion, audits, and certifications.
Human Resources
- Assist in recruitment, interview coordination, onboarding and offboarding, and new hire orientation.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Support payroll coordination, benefits administration, and government submissions (e.g. MOM).
- Assist with employee communication, basic performance processes, and training support.
- Depending on seniority, provide HR advice to management.
Execution & Continuous Improvement
- Proactively identify issues and propose solutions, rather than waiting for instructions.
- Build structure while implementing tasks, especially in areas without established processes.
- Actively learn the business, understand company needs, and recommend improvements.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in administration or general office management (HR experience is an advantage).
- Experience in SMEs, startups, or multi-functional roles is highly preferred.
- Strong execution ability, responsibility, and capacity to work independently with fast learning.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to interact with management, vendors, and staff.
- Proficient in office productivity tools; bilingual in English and Mandarin.
- Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents only.

- 搭建并优化行政流程与制度(SOP),确保办公效率与标准落地。

- 支持管理层推动项目执行(如搬迁、扩张、审计、认证)。
人事支持(HR 职能)
- 协助招聘、面试、入离职办理与新员工入职培训。
- 维护员工信息、考勤、假期及人事记录。
- 协同薪酬、福利及政府申报工作(MOM等)。
- 协助员工沟通、基础绩效与培训支持。
- 视资历,向管理层提供人力资源建议。
执行与改进
- 主动发现问题并提出解决方案,而非等待指示。
- 在缺乏明确流程时,能够"边做边建立",推动规范成形。
- 积极学习业务,理解公司需求并提出优化建议。
任职要求
- 3–6 年行政或综合管理经验(有人事经验为加分)。
- 有中小企业、初创公司或多任务环境经验更佳。
- 强执行力、责任心,能够独立工作并快速学习。
- 沟通协调能力强,能与管理层、供应商及员工对接。
- 熟练使用办公软件,中英文流利。
- 仅限新加坡公民或永久居民。
