Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Coordinate the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Facilitate smooth onboarding and orientation for new hires to ensure successful integration into the organization.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and workplace concerns.
  • Support conflict resolution and disciplinary actions in collaboration with the HR Manager.
  • Assist in developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives.
  • Performance Management
  • Assist managers in setting performance goals and conducting appraisals.
  • Monitor and track employee performance, providing support for improvement plans where necessary.
  • Compensation & Benefits
  • Administer payroll, leave, and benefits in accordance with company policy and statutory requirements.
  • Support salary benchmarking and compensation review exercises.
  • Training & Development
  • Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
  • Maintain training records and evaluate program effectiveness.
  • HR Administration & Compliance
  • Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and personnel files.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review.
  • Policy & Process Improvement
  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline HR processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist role.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in HRIS and MS Office applications.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3, $3,500.00 per month
