Carry out day-to-day operations of the HR functionaries including data entry of staff details into the HR portal, compiling and update employee records, preparing of Letter of Employment (LOE) for new hires and documentation involved during staff resignation.
- Documenting Case Attendance Notes (CAN) during staff interview, staff disciplinary process and dispensing of warning letters
- Work closely with Operations Manger to support the officers HR functionaries
- Prepare HR Circulars that are in line with the IR Act and MOM regulations
- Keeping abreast with MOM guidelines
- To oversee the company training calendar schedule
- Liaise with Payroll and Finance Departments for day-to-day operations
**Job Requirements**
- Fresh University/ Poly Graduates are welcomed to apply
- Preferably Diploma in Human Resource, Business Administration, Psychology or related with a strong interest to learn and explore in the HR industry
- Highly motivated and positive attitude
- To be able to collaborate and work in teams and work under pressure
- Conversant with the use of Ministry portals such as MOM (WPOL, EPOL), PLRD, MSF and etc
**Job Type**: Fresh graduate
**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
