Job Duties:

  • Oversee day-to-day property management operations of commercial/retail properties.
  • Coordinate and supervise tenants' fit-out works to ensure compliance with building and safety regulations.
  • Liaise with contractors, service vendors, and internal maintenance teams to ensure smooth running of building systems and services.
  • Ensure compliance with fire safety standards and assist the appointed Fire Safety Manager with related duties.
  • Handle tenant enquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Monitor lease terms, support tenancy administration, and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and upkeep of common areas and facilities.
  • Assist with budgeting, cost control, and procurement of maintenance contracts and property-related services.
  • Support property marketing initiatives and leasing teams when required.
  • Prepare management reports and updates for internal stakeholders.

Requirement:

  • Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Facilities Management, or related field
  • 2–3 years' experience in property or facilities management
  • Good knowledge of building operations and maintenance
  • Strong communication and tenant service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with property management software is a plus
  • Fire Safety Manager certification is a must
