About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Conveyancing team at Emerald Law LLC as a Conveyancing Executive. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, and refinances. Based in our downtown Tanjong Pagar office, you will play a key role in supporting our clients through the conveyancing process.

What you'll be doing

  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents such as sales and purchase agreements, mortgages, and transfer documents
  • Liaising with clients, solicitors, and other parties involved in property transactions
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
  • Providing excellent customer service and managing client expectations throughout the conveyancing process
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and files
  • Assisting with the completion of property transactions and the transfer of titles

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a conveyancing or legal support role
  • Strong understanding of property law and the conveyancing process is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
  • Proficient in using legal software and technology
