About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Accounts Executive (MCST) to join the team at OhmyHome Property Management Pte. Ltd. in our Central Region office. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing the accounts and financial records for multiple Management Corporation Strata Title (MCST) properties under our management. Your work will be essential in ensuring the smooth financial operations of these properties.

What you'll be doing

  1. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records for MCST properties, including income, expenditure, and cash flow
  2. Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements for MCST boards and stakeholders
  3. Processing invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely manner
  4. Reconciling bank accounts and managing petty cash
  5. Assisting with the preparation of budgets and forecasts for MCST properties
  6. Liaising with MCST board members, property owners, and other stakeholders to address financial queries and concerns
  7. Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and MCST by-laws
  8. Providing administrative support to the wider property management team as needed

What we're looking for

  1. At least 2 years of experience in a similar accounts or finance role, preferably in the property management or real estate industry
  2. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel)
  3. Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate financial records
  4. Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with MCST board members, property owners, and other stakeholders
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and achieve targets
  6. Proficiency in English and Mandarin, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
  7. Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
