As part of our frontline team, you will play a key role in supporting families and ensuring a smooth experience during times of need. Your responsibilities include:

  • Assisting families with the purchase of niches and remembrance products (plaques, urns, etc.)
  • Handling enquiries and service requests via phone, email, or in person
  • Working closely with funeral directors and bereaved families on the rental and setup of memorial rooms
  • Managing administrative and operational tasks related to memorial room rentals, niche purchases, and product sales
  • Conducting daily operational checks with the Facilities Team to ensure standards in cleanliness, safety, and maintenance
  • Supporting the organization of events such as bi-annual Memorial Services and church/community gatherings
What We're Looking For
  • O-Level or Diploma, with at least 2 years of relevant customer service experience
  • Empathetic, service-oriented, and composed when dealing with families during difficult times
  • Organized and proactive, able to multi-task and work independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with digital systems
  • Willing to work on weekends and public holidays (5-day work week, rostered schedule)
