We are an Australian bridal boutique who promote a fun, dynamic and progressive culture and are seeking an energetic, positive and customer-focused salesperson to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for bridal fashion, exceptional customer service skills, and experience in a retail sales environment. As a Bridal Sales Associate, you will be responsible for guiding brides-to-be through the process of finding their dream wedding gown and managing the customer journey from start to finish.

Our showroom is located in the CBD (City Hall area). Weekend work is required and an attractive sales commission structure will be offered on top of a monthly salary. On target earnings can range between $4,500 - $6,000 per month.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store.
  • Manage customer appointments and follow-up communication in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist brides-to-be in finding their dream wedding gown and offer suitable packages.
  • Provide expert advice on fit, style, and fabric options. Have a thorough understanding of the various gowns we carry.
  • Collaborate with our team on bridal exhibitions, photoshoots and industry related activities.
  • Keep up-to-date on current bridal trends, styles, and designers.
  • Assist with inventory management, including restocking and merchandising.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
  • Ensure general house-keeping is always in order.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma and/or equivalent required. Relevant diploma or degree in fashion will be highly desired.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail sales environment, preferably in a bridal or a fashion setting.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Familiar with Macbook and various software including Google drive, Excel and Xero.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • Excel in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Presentable, clean with strong organizational skills.
