**We are looking for a creative, fashion-forward, and passionate **Fashion Gown Designer cum Bridal Stylist Intern **to join our team. This role is perfect for fresh graduates or aspiring fashion designers who are eager to gain hands-on experience in both bridal gown design and styling.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Gown Design and Illustration**:Create sketches and illustrations for new gown designs, focusing on innovative ideas that align with our brand's aesthetic.
- **Crafting and Mock-Up Development**:Assist in designing and crafting bridal mini gowns, including developing mock-up gown structures to refine design concepts.
- **Consultations and Fittings**:Conduct one-on-one consultations and fittings with brides-to-be, advising them on gown selection and styling to enhance their bridal experience.
- **Alterations and Tailoring**:Work with seamstresses to ensure precise gown tailoring and alterations, providing the perfect fit for our brides.
- **Model Casting and Shoot Coordination**:Assist in casting models for photoshoots, planning shoot content, and supporting in styling gowns for promotional events and campaigns.
- **Client Engagement**:Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, manage client records and gown rentals efficiently, and provide excellent customer service.
- **Studio Operations**:Assist in daily studio operations and support the manager as needed, ensuring a smooth and organized workflow.
- **Social Media and Content Creation**:Participate in creating engaging content for social media, showcasing our gowns and studio activities.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Background**:Recent graduate or currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Fashion Design or a related field.
- **Experience in Fashion and Styling**:Minimum 1 year of experience in fashion, merchandising, or customer service is preferred.
- **Design Skills**:Proficiency in illustrations, gown designing, and crafting. Knowledge of design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc., is a plus.
- **Alteration Skills**:Basic knowledge of garment construction, sewing techniques, and alterations is advantageous.
- **Communication Skills**:Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a positive attitude and the ability to multitask.
- **Fashion-Forward**:Keen sense of fashion trends, styling expertise, and a good eye for detail.
- **Language Proficiency**:Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus, to cater to a diverse client base.
- **Commitment**:Must be able to at least work on Fridays (5 PM - 8 PM) and Sundays (11 AM - 4 PM), and commit for consecutive 3 months.
