* Responsibilities

Advise Clients and Knowledge:

- Attend to client enquiries
- Provide understanding of the whole wedding planning process so as to better answer customers’ queries
- Advising customers on gowns and photographs.
- Proactively ask customers what else we can help and bring up special requests to the marketing team and gown design requests to the designer
- Be up to date with the company and the industry’s new products and services

Record:

- Maintain gown booking records and all client records

Coordination:

- Communicate the clients’ needs to vendors
- Book suppliers and liaise with all relevant vendors for the client in a timely and accurate manner
- Reply customers in a timely manner
- Prepare outfits and accessories for customers’ pre wedding and actual wedding day
- Work with tailor for gown alteration schedules
- Maintaining a good relationship with client and suppliers

Requirements - Skills and Traits:

- Responsible, meticulous and a team player
- High level of maturity in dealing with stressful situations
- Possess a positive and polite attitude
- Strong interest and passion in the wedding industry is a must
- Customer service oriented
- Good command of English and Mandarin both written and spoken in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates
- Rigorous on the job training will be provided
- 6 day work week. Working on weekends is essential
