About the role

MOS Foods Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team. This is a full-time role where you will play a crucial part in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our vibrant restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient team management.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in all aspects of managing the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and budget management
  • Oversee the front-of-house team, ensuring excellent customer service and a welcoming dining experience
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food preparation, presentation, and quality control
  • Proactively identify and resolve any operational issues or customer concerns
  • Contribute to the implementation of sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth
  • Provide training and mentoring to the restaurant staff, helping to develop their skills and knowledge
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and food hygiene regulations

What we're looking for

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar Assistant Restaurant Manager or Restaurant Supervisor role within the hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
  • Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in inventory management and cost control
  • Hands-on experience in food safety and quality assurance
  • Familiarity with hospitality industry regulations and best practices
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
