- Coordinate strategic, and operational activities related to Food and Beverage
- Train and develop staff in outlet to maximise performance

- Ensure that the service team adheres and comply to company’s policies and procedures
- Suggest new company policies and procedures for the outlet
- Reviewing operational challenges to identify issues obstructing performance
- Provide coaching and feedback to staff
- Develop and update product knowledge and accurately deliver it to staff
- Monitor and maintain the operating systems of the outlet
- To maintain a sound knowledge of the menu and presentation standards for food and drinks
- Managing ERP related tasks and responsibilities as required in the role
- Carry out any other duties as per reporting manger and Food & Beverage Operations Manager

**Job Requirement**
- At least 5 years working experience
- Interest in wine & service
- Prior experience in Food & Beverage is required
- Able to use and manage outlet’s operating system
- Attention to detail and able to lead a team
- Able to conduct inventories & Cost conscious
- Able to settle any guest transaction via Food & Beverage Operational System (POS)
- Hospitality minded and guest focused
- Ability to work flexible shifts and schedules as per manager’s request, including weekends, holidays and overtime.
