Job Requirements:

Qualification : Min Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain

Management or a related field

Requirements: Minimum 5 years working experience in Purchasing

Good negotiation skill Understanding of quality control

procedures, IATF 16949 compliance, and industry

regulations (e.g., RoHS compliance) PC literate.

Able to relate with others

Reporting : Artwork & Order Fulfillment Manager

1. Duties & Responsibilities:

1.1 Manage and process internal purchase requests for direct and indirect

materials needed

1.2 Source and evaluate suppliers for raw materials (e.g., copper, dry film,

chemicals) to ensure the best price, quality, and service.

1.3 Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best terms and conditions for

favorable deals for the company.

1.4 Update and manage the Approved Suppliers List for direct and indirect

materials, equipment, services contracts.

1.5 Assist in the development of new parts and pool of alternative reliable

suppliers.

1.6 Liaise with suppliers on the resolution of purchased materials issues.

1.7 Evaluate and monitor supplier performance in terms of delivery, quality, and

service, collaborate with suppliers to address any issues, and implement

improvement actions as needed.

1.8 Coordinate internally for the approval and qualification of new suppliers and

update the Approved Suppliers List accordingly.

1.9 Ensure all purchasing activities comply with the Company's quality,

environmental and safety management system requirements.

1.10 Perform other duties that may be assigned by the superior from time to time.

1.11 Prepare packing list, invoice, coordinate and oversee all aspects of inbound

and outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery.

1.12 Coordinate and liaise with Customer on new item pricing and FAI.

1.13 To issue PO and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries for both

direct and indirect purchases.

1.14 Oversee the receiving process for incoming materials and ensure stock levels

are maintained

1.15 Conduct quality and environment audit as and when required

1.16 Assist the supervisor in preparing the Purchase Request (PR) for direct

materials
