Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily restaurant operations including service, reservations, and guest relations
  • Support the Restaurant Manager in staff scheduling, training, and supervision
  • Learn and apply inventory control, ordering, and cost management
  • Maintain high service standards to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Handle customer feedback professionally and ensure smooth dining experiences
  • Operate POS system and oversee beverage orders
  • Deliver excellent customer service and enhance overall guest experience
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and food standards
  • Support daily operations including opening, shift duties, and closing
  • Complete structured training to prepare for a future management role
  • Contribute ideas and participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • Comfortable to work on weekends and Public Holiday
  • Willing to stand for long hours and enjoy interacting with customers
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to learn, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
