Our Childcare Centre is expanding Islandwide

Calling out for DPL trained personnel who is dedicated and passionate in Early Childhood Education.

We are seeking Centre Principals for our locations in the West and North who can:

  • Manage and oversee daily operations of the Centre, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Set educational standards and goals for the Centre.
  • Ensure Centre practices are in compliance with regulatory requirements and organisation beliefs.
  • Schedule and plan Centre manpower needs.
  • Provide leadership and support to teachers and staff.
  • Handle Centre's administration, enquiries and enrolment.
  • Ensure the well-being and safety of children in Centre.
  • Communicate and create positive relationships with parents.
  • Able to communicate effectively and work together with staff.
  • A good team player.

Qualifications & Experiences:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education- Leadership (DECCE-L) or Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Leadership (ADECL)
  • Other qualifications required by ECDA (if applicable)
  • Has minimum 2 years of experience
