Join Our Team as a Parts Assistant

Are you passionate about the automotive industry and looking to grow your career in a dynamic, hands-on role? We're seeking a Parts Assistant to support our Aftersales Parts Operations team with precision, efficiency, and a positive attitude.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and accurate quotations for spare parts to Service Advisors, Workshop Controllers, and Technicians
  • Update Aftersales Operations personnel on stock availability, shipment lead times, and other logistics details
  • Handle Goods Receipt and Issuance, including physical inspection, unloading, un-stuffing, and pick-and-pack of automotive parts
  • Distribute parts to storage locations accurately and on time
  • Execute stock-take, cycle-count, housekeeping duties, and other warehouse activities
  • Respond to queries on spare parts and logistics issues via message, email or phone call

Your Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum secondary school education with at least 1 year of relevant experience in automotive, warehousing, or logistics
  • Positive work attitude, responsible, and able to work independently
  • Comfortable working under pressure and performing manual tasks in a warehouse environment
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate across different levels
  • Proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
  • Basic knowledge of automotive parts is a plus
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications
  • Willingness to work on alternate Saturdays (with OT)
