Join Our Team – Part-Time Clinic Assistant

We are a friendly, well-loved clinic in Bukit Timah, caring for about 25 patients a day. We are looking for a Part-Time Clinic Assistant to help us provide great care to our community. If you enjoy working with people, can keep things organised, and want to make a difference, we'd love to hear from you.

Pay:

  • $12/hour on weekdays
  • $14/hour on weekends

Key Responsibilities

  • Register patients, schedule appointments, and answer enquiries politely and professionally
  • Assist doctors and nurses with basic procedures and keep the clinic clean and organised
  • Manage patient records accurately and confidentially
  • Handle billing and payments smoothly and accurately
  • Help patients with information about our services and provide general assistance

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE 'N' Level or equivalent
  • Friendly, patient, and able to communicate well with people from all walks of life
  • Able to multitask and stay organised in a busy environment
  • Basic computer skills
  • Prior clinic experience is helpful but not required — training will be provided
  • Willing to work some weekends
